Job Opening-Electrical Lead

Essential Job Functions & Requirements

 

-Safety
-Produce Weekly Production as scheduled
-Employee Training (Machinery, Tools, Job Responsibilities)
-Involve in Hiring Process
-Disciplinary Action (Write- up’s, Attendance, Performance, Safety) to be worked directly with HR Manager
-Employee Evaluations
-Manage Labor hours
-Housekeeping
-Meet with your department twice a day (overall coverage of units, safety, housekeeping…etc.)
-Review all Material is in station for work to be performed
-Work Orders
-Sign Hard Cards before unit moves from your dept.
-Follow Company Policies and Procedures
-Report any injuries/ follow thru with Asst. Production Manager for Reporting before the end of  the shift
-Other duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

 

-5 years working with installing electrical components, electrical wiring  and/or worked in an electrician role
-3 years of supervision/lead experience  to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. 
-Ability to provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. 
-Able to review records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll inquires, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance. 
-Problem solving and assist with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.

Required Systems Experience


- Basic computer - Microsoft
